If you are an avid Sex & the City fan, then you must have missed Samantha, Charlotte, Miranda & Carrie from your lives. I know I do. I love Sex & the City and I could watch all of their seasons again and again if the urge hits me. There is just something about the way they live their lives that intrigues, enchants and makes me want to go and live in the same way. If only I could that is…
They ended their series way back and their movie was quite a hit. I watched it and ended up crying and laughing so hard over the perfect ending to their stories. Goodbye Manolo Blahnik’s and Jimmy Choo’s. Goodbye scandalous Samantha, goodbye straight-laced Charlotte, goodbye Corporate lawyer Miranda and most of all goodbye romantic Carrie.
BUT WAIT, it seems that the creator of Sex & the City, Darren Star has extended his series yet to another interesting story. Meet Cashmere Mafia, a story about 4 ivy league women who make their home in NY and deal with their respective lives. I see another Sex and the City here in creation. I’ve just started watching it every Sunday at 11:00pm and so far I am not disappointed. It starts Lucy Liu, Miranda Otto, Frances O’Connor and Bonnie Somerville.
So Sex and the City fans out there, you might want to check out Cashmere Mafia and maybe like me you could get to enjoy it as much as you did SATC.
